Digi Language Support provides a seamless digital self-service booking system for practitioners and administrators of primary and community-based participating agencies to access telehealth language support services..
Request the type of telehealth language support service(s) you would like, along with the language required and preferred booking time.
Our app will match your request with suitable interpreters available at your preferred booking time and notify them of your request. We will let you know immediately how many interpreters match your request.
If we have matching interpreters, one of the them will accept your request within the booking timeframe. We will send you a notification letting you know who has accepted your request.
Your interpreter will carry out the service(s) according to your request. You will have a chance to rate your experience after the service provision.
We are launching this service with an initial pilot phase fully funded by the Ministry of Health. We are seeking registration from primary and community care providers primarily in the Auckland region for this pilot.
